CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers, and the call center will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving. Have your monthly bill balance due automatically (Automatic Payments) withdrawn from your bank.

- Sign up for Manage My Account to pay online and take advantage of other services, including My Energy Portal, to help you manage your energy use.
- Make a one-time payment by ACH/eCheck or Credit Card through Manage My Account.
- Take advantage of our free one-time ACH/eCheck payment by selecting Pay My Bill – Pay by ACH/eCheck (Free Service).
- Select Pay My Bill - Pay By Credit Card to make a one-time Credit Card payment. A $2.35 convenience fee is assessed by our payment processor when paying online by Credit Card.
- Make a One-Time Payment Online by ACH/eCheck, Debit Card, or Credit Card with no Manage My Account required. A $2.35 convenience fee is assessed by our payment processor when using the One-Time Payment Online service when using ACH/eCheck, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

Redeem a gift certificate to pay your energy bill or buy one for a friend. Available only at our Customer Service Centers.
We would like to inform you about an important update regarding our payment vendor, Western Union. On June 26, Western Union implemented a system update, which resulted in their outlets accepting cash only and no longer accepting checks as a form of payment. Additionally, customers are required to provide personal identifying information, such as name and address, for their initial payment.
For those customers who typically use Western Union for payments, please note that cash will be the only accepted form of payment starting June 26, 2024. To accommodate customers who prefer paying by check, we encourage you to use the following payment options:
- Register and use Manage My Account (MMA) *no charge for check payments
- One-Time Payment Online (eCheck) *$2.35 convenience fee
- Mail in their check payment (PO Box 2678, San Antonio, TX 78289)
- In-person payments at one of our four walk-in locations (Open Monday - Friday 7:45AM-5:00PM) night deposit box for round -the clock payments
