CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers, and the call center will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving. COMMITMENT TO RELIABLE SERVICE
In an effort to continuously improve the delivery and reliability of electric service to our community, we are performing a multi-phase project to help mitigate the risk of power outages in northwest San Antonio.
SCOPE OF PROJECT
The work consists of extensive tree trimming in contact with overhead lines and installing animal guards at our nearby substation. As phases of our work are completed, area residents can expect to see an improvement to the reliability of their electric service.
ESTIMATED TIMELINE
This project is expected to begin January 2018 and be completed by March 2018.
